"Kami apresiasi polisi, karena selama ini NE ini seakan tidak bisa ditangkap dan buron selama 2 tahun lebih. Kami harap polisi dari Polrestabes Bandung mau memproses laporan kami secara objektif dan transparan agar tidak ada lagi rekayasa," tutur Rasman kepada wartawan, Selasa (2/2/2016).
Rasman pun berharap dengan tertangkapnya NE, maka isu isu negatif dari pihak BNP yang menuduh Totong Karim selaku korban seolah ada persekongkolan dengan NE, bisa hilang. Menurut dia, perbuatan NE murni dilakukan oleh NE seorang dan pihak BNP telah lalai.
"Begitu mudahnya uang nasabah raib di bank tersebut, padahal hanya melalui transfer ilegal dengan slip palsu. Transaksi transfer dan pemindahbukuan juga dilakukan oleh NE selaku Marketing Bank BNP tanpa hadirnya nasabah di kantor, tanpa surat kuasa, tanpa KTP dan Kartu ATM atau verifikasi yang benar," ungkapnya.
Ditambahkan Rasman, uang nasabah tidak akan pernah raib jika pihak BNP melakukan transaksi sesuai dengan standar operasional bank.
"Sekarang kami berharap NE ini dapat segera diperiksa atas laporan kami di Polrestabes Bandung karena klien kami hanya mencari keadilan dan menuntut hak-haknya yaitu uang yang raib di BNP dapat segera dikembalikan," katanya.
Seperti diketahui, Polsekta Babakan Ciparay menangkap dan menahan seorang wanita, NE, warga Padalarang. Penangkapan terhadap NE dilakukan terkait kasus dugaan penggelapan uang perusahaan PT Sinar Lestari Ultrindo (SLU) senilai Rp 464 juta.
Tak cuma itu, NE juga memiliki permasalahan hukum lainnya. Ia diduga telah melakukan tindak pidana berkaitan aksi pembobolan uang seorang nasabah bank sebesar Rp 2,3 miliar yang kasusnya kini tengah diusut Satreskrim Polrestabes Bandung.
Kasatreskrim Polrestabes Bandung AKBP Mokhamad Ngajib mengungkapkan, PT SLU resmi melaporkan NE kepada Polsekta Babakan Ciparay pada 20 Desember 2015 dengan surat bernomor LP/3835/XI/2015. Sehari sebelumnya atau 19 Desember 2015, pihak PT SLU baru mengetahui raibnya uang milik kantor yang disinyalir digelapkan oleh NE.
